Football Blitz
Well done to the 6th class boys who recently took part in a football blitz in Mallow. They played Kilworth, Kanturk and Drommahane. They had a great day out and played some excellent football.
Pancake Tuesday
6th class took a short break on Tuesday to enjoy some some delicious pancakes with lots of tasty toppings
6th class created beautiful mountain landscapes. They did this by mixing colours. They didn't use any green paint!
Clay Monsters
6th class had great fun designing and making clay monsters last week! They turned out great!

One Million Trees Campagin
As part of the One Million Trees Campagin 6th class recently sat 6 saplings.
For each sapling we sat there were 10 more sat in Africa. It is so important that we all play our part to combat climate change.
6th class had a great day on Friday. They had Christmas dinner in school which they helped to prepare on Thursday. The turkey and ham which was gifted to the school by Sheehan Brothers Butchers was delicious.
The Junior Entrepreneur Programme
The JEP is well and truly underway in 6th class. On Friday last, the 21st of January, we had a virtual meeting with entrepreneur, Martin Sheehan, who is the founder of 'School Fitness Ireland'. They got to learn all about how his business works and how it has been impacted by Covid -19.
6th class had great fun researching and conducting some very cool experiments as part of science week.

Sixth class have been enjoying learning about the Normans. They even built their own Norman castles. Well done to everyone in 6th class.
Some of the 6th class pupils were busy upcycling this wooden table. This brightened up our outdoor classroom with a unique feature for everybody to use.

6th Class have been busy creating 'One Point Perspective' drawings. I think you will agree they look fantastic!
